Hello. My bottle brush is becoming very woody.what should I do?

Transplant into a larger pot, prune about 1/3 of the longest stems about 1/3 back, to just above a whorl of leaves--where it had bloomed, before--and feed gently with a 3-1-2 proportioned fertilizer. Hopefully that will stimulate somenew growth from the base.
