I have two plants which I am unsure about. The first is a geranium but I don't know which type it is; I intend getting more of them once I know what it is. The second one is possibly a weed but it has the most delicate flower.

I would go for hacquetia on the second one, Seaburngirl. Thanks for spelling it, saved me looking it up!

Hacquetia flowers in the spring at ground level. This appears to have a stem so euphorbia is more likely

The pale whitish flower isn't a geranium it is an Astrantia. They come in differing shades of white through to a deep burgundy red. good shade plants.
The other one could be one of the many euphorbia or possibly hacquetia. I reckon a euphorbia. see what others think though.
