Hi,
I have been given 2 very small Aloe Vera plants; one is green and fine, but the other is slightly yellowish and not at all well..Is this caused by under watering or over watering? Any other solutions..?

Thanks for reply. The compost is dry, but I have watered it recently. Not sure now whether enough or too much..it seems to be a delicate balancing act with theses plants.

has it been in direct sun in a very hot conservatory? one of my daughter's got too hot in the conservatory and it went an odd colour. now its cooled downed and I have moved it into a cooler room it has re-greened.
they tend to be tough plants.

Try putting it outside for the summer. Mine seems to enjoy it.

most likely over watering. is the compost damp? I leave mine to get very dry between waterings.
