I would avoid planting out whilst there’s frosty conditions, I would wait for the soil to warm up a little, are you planting it in the ground or are you having it in a planter, personally I would wait till early spring just to be on the safe side as we we don’t really now what winter may throw at us.

I agree it is far too cold to put it outside unless it was bought it from an outdoor area in a garden centre. In which case it is acclimatised. but I wouldn't move it into its planter while the pot is frozen as it will damage the roots.
