Am in Majorca and there is an abundance of this plant up in the mountains.

It looks like one of the Mediterranean species of Scilla, probably close kin to the well known Scilla [Oncostemma] peruviana. Probably those spikes will soon turn into round heads or fat spikes of starry, bright blue flowers. If you can find a tourist bureau pamphlet of the island's wildflowers, it will probably be in there.
