When, and how, is the best time to divide a clump of Nerine bowdenii please? These are sprouting foliage already (1st March).

Thanks Sbg. I have read that they may be divided in the Autumn, while they are dormant, but others suggest doing so in the Spring!

ideally in the autumn but as they are just starting off they should settle again. I have moved them in mid summer too when the leaves have gone over but before the flowe emerge. then I also made sure that the clumps were gently teased apart as there were roots present.
