Can anyone recommend a houseplant for me, please. I have an area in my kitchen/dining room where an old basket used to hang. It's a bit of a dark corner and the basket is quite small (would fit a 0.5ltr pot).
It would be nice to have something that is trailing. Most plants I know need more light so I'm a bit stuck for ideas.

The grape ivy (Cissus rhombifolia) is a good trailing subject for dark areas, or ivy - but your problem is actually the small pot it must be put in, it's somewhat small for any plant you want to keep for any length of time.
