Agree with above .It will seed itself from the papery white seed cases ,which can also be cut, for decorative dried flower arrangements,if you wish,or you can collect the seed to sow next year.. Usually a two year process.sow one year,and it will flower the next..

this one will die but the papery seed capsules will drop seed or you can take then when the seed pods [like large silver pennies] are dry and papery and take the dark flat seeds [2-3mm in diam] and scatter them where you want them.

I remember spending an afternoon peeling the cases ,to get the ripe seeds,SBG..how sad was that ? lol xx

My Mum once sent me out to gather it from the garden. I thought she wanted the seed, but sadly she had wanted the whole stems for an arrangement. I was not flavour of the month...
