A Victoria plum tree, it happens every year, approx half the fruit turns blue, rots and white spores appear, if not picked and thrown away, these plums shrivel on the tree. As I say I lose half the crop and another part by maggot, then wasps! It's disappointing to say the least. Any helpful suggestions please?

The only other thing I can think of is a disease called Pocket Plum. This fungus causes deformed hollow fruit to develop which later produce a white powder (spores) on the outside.
