I have a peony rose in the back garden its in its second year and so far no flowers but we are on the North Cast coast of Scotland and for the past 2 years we have been plagued woth very high winds and terrible frosts where in the garden is the best place for this as where we have it is very open and with no wind brakes

I think it takes a good few years for peony roses to establish and produce flowers, so you might need to be patient!

hi i cover my peony with fleece from first frost to spring and it works for me and should flower i understand in the third year
