I have dug up some corms that have a thin flower stalk about 4" high with pink flowers in a cluster but the leaves are almost star shaped and have red centres surrounded by green . Any idea of the name please. I can upload photo of needed

Brilliant. Thanks a lot . Google search matches leaves exactly for the Iron cross. I hope they survive transplanting.

They should survive transplanting, i've split mine many times and have'nt lost any yet, good luck.
