Did someone mention on here about it was a good thing to have some French Marigolds in with tomatoes to avoid flies in a Greenhouse ?

Whiteflies love Marigolds (Tagetes), but they do repel greenfly and blackfly.

Marigolds also repel nematodes which attack the roots. The effect can last for years.

Slugs will strip the leaves off almost overnight though.

Supposedly they keep white flies away. Never worked for us though.
