Good evening all, could you please tell me what's wrong with my Lupin? Its now gone over and did look normal however somedays it can be like this and I can't see any bugs. Thanks

first thought was lack of water. failing that some grub eating the roots. I'd lift it check the roots or vine weevil/cockchafer grubs or similar. if they are clean repot and water well.
if it has been sitting in water then that can also cause plant collapse. in which case improve drainage.
