Very odd, borage generally grows likes a weed, I have some that are descendants of self seeders from years back

Because they're annuals I'd try sowing seeds next year, they germinate readily and no special care is needed, either sow in trays / pots or just where you want them to grow outside

Thanks Grandad, Yes I've heard that it self-seeds freely. I'll take your advice for next year and grow from seed.

I totally agree and will probably have spare seed. I find trying to transplant them rarely works. they have a very brittle root system.

SBG, that's probably the problem then. My most recent ones are now turning yellow.
