Does tristis grow in summer or winter?

On plant Gladiolus tristis

Answers

Welcome, Atholl!
In my experience, foliage in winter, with flowers in late spring, early summer. Areas with colder winters than I get (USDA zone 9b) will have foliage sprouting in spring, and flowers in late summer, though too cold winters require storage of the corms.
