What are these please?
I received these two flowers in a bouquet. The red berries I thought might be Skimmia but the other I don’t know. The ‘flowers’ feel like a plush fabric. Can anyone give them names?

Yep, Kangaroo Paw (Anigozanthos species and hybrids).
They're mostly from southwestern Australia, growing in a Mediterranean climate, and poor, sandy soil, with a neutral pH. We often sell them as blooming pot plants in the winter here, though they don't like our scalding summers at all.

Thank you all. I’ve been really puzzled especially about the one you call Kangaroo Paw as I love it. I suppose it wouldn’t grow here but I’d love to try.
Thanks again. I knew I’d get the answers here.

I believe they can do well in Britain - why not give them a try? Found this for you:

Thank you, Stera, that's most thoughtful of you. I'm going to leave the stems (all 3 of them) in water to see if they will send out roots but if they don't I'm definitely going to buy one next Spring.

The top one looks like Hypericum Miracle Red but I don't know the lower one.
