Hi I have a red Cordyline, it has survived winter but recently have noticed the leafs in the middle are looking skeletal, and would appreciate any advice on what I can do

welcome to GoY,
it looks as if they have had a leaf miner inside the leaf. Remove them if they are too unsightly for you. Give the plant a feed and keep watered. The caterpillar belongs to a small native moth and I'd advise not to use any chemical sprays on the plant as these also affect our bees and butterflies.
