never had any flowers on our bluebells after 3 years -plenty of healthy green leaves-- why no flowers?

That's odd, they normally spread very quickly and flower the first or second season. Are they in full sun (though that doesn't bother the Spanish ones)or do they get too dry perhaps?

Most usual reason for non-flowering bulbs is hunger. However that is odd in Bluebells. Do you by any chance remove the leaves before they have completely died down?
