It is an annual so providing you don't let it set seed it will be fine. I have it popping up next to where it grew last year. the seeds are quite large and heavy so don't travel. they are easy to spot and compost though.

I'll try and post a picture so you can see what i mean.
It is quite a large plant so it will need a decent sized pot.
