Good afternoon all, the potatoes I planted are getting very tall (3 seed potatoes in each tub) and the soil is now up to the top of the tub, I'm wondering will they be ok? It's my first time.

Put 4 canes into each tub and wind some soft twine around them to support the stems.

Should be. Just keep on giving them plenty of water. The need a huge amount to make good tubers.
