I’m from across the pond....but I would like to inform you that you should be cautious about changing the lay of the land be it large or small. The reason for this is water drainage. Take into consideration what would happen during moderate or heavy rain or rapid snow melt. Example.. water draining towards your house foundation or patio instead of away from it or water flowing towards a neighbor’s property as a result of changes. The person you hire should be aware of such problems if the situation warrants it and also be able to make such remedies as needed.

If you are anything like us you will have leaflets coming through your door offering landscaping services. Have you tried Googling it? I know there are some around near Cardiff and firms like that are usually willing to travel if they feel the job is worthwhile for them.
