Do I cut it back in autumn and to what extent?

On plant Dicentra spectabilis

Answers

Yes you do cut back Dicentra in Autumn. Wait until it dies back naturally and then cut the dead stems back fully to ground level. Your plant will through up new shoots in Spring.
