I have a tall red robin tree. Can I cut back the trunk so that it becomes a low scrub.

It depends on how old it is and if it is a single stemmed tree. how tall is it? Could you add a photo to help us give you the best advice.

I think that you will only get away with cutting it back if it has become a multi-stemmed tree and it splits from quite a low level and branches are not too thick. If it is a single-stemmed tree then I don't think so.
