At the most, I would wrap the trunks with burlap. Probably not needed, but just in case of another Arctic freeze this winter! Seaburngirl's recommendation is more important.

We live in Denmark and our peach tree survived 3 months of snow and -23c for several days, first frost arrived in Oct last year and the snow finally cleared in April this year (don't need that again!), the peach did fine, but we did suffer with peach leaf curl because it was so wet when spring finally arrived.

Hi thankyou so much for all the information. As i live up north i think it maybe wise to just protect the trunks as they are so young. At the moment just for a bit of info for you all i have no green house so i am in the mid of building one out of reclaimed timber.Pictures to follow.Once again thankyou mark :)))))
