Can anyone tell me which disease or pest this azalea may have and if so, how do I treat it? Thanks in advance.

Closer image of the leaves would make it easier. Otherwise at a guess, drought, wind damage and maybe a bit of chlorosis. Feed the shrub with a fertiliser designed for acid loving plants.
