Yes. They are both old seeded varieties. They are both happier under glass in the UK. Capability Brown used Black Hamburgh (also called Black Hamburg) at some of his houses, including Hampton Court, as a black desert grape. All Muscats are white of course

I have black hamburg and yep it has pips but as sarracenias says it is a lovely grape.
