I agree - harvest them now as they don't like the autumn damp conditions and rot off. Pick 'em on a dry day and store in the fridge or - as Tulsalady says - they do freeze very well indeed - and are a great boon in the winter soups and stir-fry! Enjoy!

Hi and welcome to GOY.your peppers should be ready now. you can pick them from green to red. just snip them off the plant as you need them.by the way they also freeze very well . hope this is of some help.
