HELLO I GREW MINATURE DALIHAS FROM SEED THIS YEAR HAD A WONDERFULL SHOW,CAN I OVER WI NTER THEM

Answers

Should be able to, they may have formed tubers by now, so treat as ordinary dahlias - dig them up, dry them off and store somewhere frost free over winter, then pot up early next spring and plant out when weather warms up.
If they're growing somewhere in light soil in a warm spot, you may get away with leaving them in the ground, but not if your soil is heavy and wet in the winter.
