I have got some everlasting sweetpea seeds. Can you tell me when is the best time to plant these. I have also heard that you have to soak the seeds before you plant them. Is this correct?

And I'd add that when you do plant, make sure its the right spot - they're practically impossible to eradicate or move once in situ.

When I grew them, I did indeed soak them. They were started off in January.
