I HAVE JUST TRANSFERRED MY BLACK LACE PLANT TO ANOTHER AREA IN MY GARDEN AND THE LEAVES HAVE GONE ALL LIMP QUITE QUICKLY AND IT DOSENT LOOK HAPPY WHAT CAN I DO TO REVIVE IT

Keep it well watered - give it half a can every day, at the base, with the rose off, for the next week or two. You've damaged the finer water seeking roots, that's why its drooping. You could also reduce the topgrowth by half, though I don't know what size plant you have, so if its not large, take about a third off. Hopefully it'll recover over winter and then grow next year. Would have been better to move it while it was dormant, in winter, but I'm sure it'll be fine.
