my jasmin gardenia leaves got all dry and i just have the plant left, how will i make it healthy again

I'm assuming that you have this as an indoor plant in answering. Why do you think the leaves dried out? Was it because the plant was too warm, left in direct sun, or didn't you water it?
I'd suggest moving it to a slightly cooler position, water it but not too much, and keep an eye on it for signs of new growth. It might recover, but if no green shoots apppear within a few weeks, then you may well have lost it.
