I recently bought a bougainvillea plant, in fact beginning of October. It is kept in our porch and will stay there for the winter. It has suddenly started flowering! Should I pinch out the flowers or leave them and is it right that I should water only sparingly?

If its flowering, you'll need to water as much as it needs. I wouldn't remove them, enjoy them while they're there...
