Can I plant grape hyacinth and daffodill bulbs under pine trees where is lots of light but not much direct sunlight.

Yes they will be more than happy there.
I have them under a large beech tree which is dry and shady. Feed them after flowering to encourage a strong healthy bulb for the following year.

I think you can, a bit of shade will help the flowers last longer. I always plant spring bulbs in shade or semi-shade.
