One of the above has appeared from nowhere in my garden in Kent and I do not know if it is an outdoor plant or how to care for it over the winter. There are no flowers on the plant

Temperatures below 5˚C (41˚F) can kill tender calla lilies. Z. aethipoica is the hardiest of them though.
They can also drown in wet conditions over winter.
