I bought my pelargonium indoors after, moving it into my lean to in late summer. It flowered all though the winter on a sunny windowsill.
I stopped watering it about a month ago and the flowers eventually died off. I have now cut dead flowers off. I looked really healthy with lots of green folage, I have now watered it.
What to do now?

I agree, water sparingly and then you could take cuttings towards the end of March. or plant out as Hywel suggests.

There's nothing to do now, just keep it slightly moist until the spring/early summer, and then repot it into fresh compost, or plant it in a tub with other summer flowering plants.
