Hi all
I've just taken possession of 7 spanking new planters and I'm in need of advice I am thinking of summer flowering perennial shrubs to fill them can anyone help with some names?
Now I live in the North East of Scotland Aberdeen to be precise and the winters can be very cold so the plants must behardy enough to survive the frost

what about fuchsia? there are some lovely hardy ones, though not evergreen. they flower for a long time too.
off the top of my head I cant think of any others that flower for a longer period of time. perhaps some perpetual roses?
