What is this plant that just appeared out of nowhere in our garden? At first, I thought it was Okra, but now that fruit is forming, that isn’t the answer. Does anyone have an idea?

This plant is highly toxic. I grew some from seed out of curiosity and found out that it came from Dr. Rappaccini's garden. It is in my opinion one of the most vile of all plants.

Why? It has nice blue flowers?

True Feverfew, the flowers aka moon flowers or devils trumpets are attractive and do have a pleasant aroma. The remainder of the plant is foul smelling and unattractive with highly toxic alkaloids which necessitates very careful handling.
