Morning everyone and a beautiful morning it is once again I need help... can anyone tell me if a Thunbergia lemon star (black eyed susan) needs to be cut down for the winter or leave it until the spring as its looking very sick at the min with the frost we had.

Answers

Don't cut it down - these aren't fully hardy, so try to protect it with fleece or similar during winter, or dig up and remove to a frost free place - if you do dig it up, then its best if you remove some of the topgrowth.
