I ve gerinated seeds on kitchen towel before now to check for viability of old seed. then just prick them out/off.

You can try putting the seeds in a damp paper coffee filter and then sealing it in a plastic bag. As they start to germinate, pick up the seedlings by the leaves and transplant to soil.
