What to do after flowering? Leave alone, or cut leaves back?

On plant Triteleia

I would cut the old flower heads off--unless you want it to set seed and spread more--but leave the leaves until they are brown and dry, when they should pull off easily. That will put more energy back into the bulbs, so they bloom even more next year.
