I have a rose problem. My climbing roses are fine, with lots of blooms, However, both rose gardens with tea dn bush roses etc ALL look stunted. There are no blooms, growth is minimum and I cannot think why. We did suffer a long dry spring and I am wondering if I should have watered them then. Any ideas please?

Thank you. We had a really dry spring and I was guilty of not watering through that period. However, I am soaking them now and have noticed some slight growth, so I am hoping they will recover.

yes this sounds like a lack of water. not to late to up the water and hope they put on a late show.
