Camellia foliage problems. On a potted Camellia today there are two different problems ... se photos. Advice and I.D. would be most appreciated.

Owdboggy, are you able to enlarge the photo on your screen at all?
The top leaf has what looks like round, brown seeds and the bottom one is white, fluffy stuff!
