Can any wise sage tell me what to do next with my herbs? i only planted them this spring and am surprised how well they have done.
do i just leave them in all winter or should i harvest them?

oh sorry ~ would have been much better with labels but didnt know how to do them;
from left to right:
sage at back, camomile and majoram at front
parsely [grown from pot in supermarket] and curry plant
more sage, thyme and rosemary

The parsley will be lost during the winter, you could pot it up and bring it in doors or freeze some for winter use.

ok, thank you ~ i consider that one a bonus as i bought the pot just for using once or twice and keeping indoors, i never thought it would last but it grew ~ i was really pleased.
easy enough to start that one again next year but hoping to keep the rest??

I think the Marjoram is half hardy, my daughter lost hers but it had self seeded further along in the border. The others are pretty sheltered by your wall and should be fine.

Our marjoram survives fine, I cut it back hard in autumn and it regrows in spring. As GM says apart from the parsley the rest will do fine.
