Good morning. Hubby has been given these plants by someone at work and was told they are winter flowering bedding plants. Trouble is, they didn't know what they are. Can anyone identify them please? Photo attached. Thanking you in anticipation.

Look like Bellis to me too - makes you laugh really, they don't flower till spring, but they sell them as 'winter bedding'. What they mean is you can plant them now ready for next spring...

They do the same fib with 'winter pansies'.

My Bellis, planted last Autumn, flowered part of Autumn, all Spring and through to Summer...and they are flowering again NOW! is that unusual?

My winter flowering pansies did the same - what great value! PLUS all the self seeded plants, in spite of dead-heading when not away on hols. Fantastic! And I bought them at a quarter of the original price last autumn.

LOL, Beattie...my pansies have done the same! Last year's winter ones have flowered for a whole year...and are still flowering!
