Hi i have Scotch Bonnet and Jalapeno pepper plants that i have left to ripen in a small greenhouse.Could anybody tell me the best way to store/preserve.

The best way for these is frozen, though they can also be pickled.

Or dried. The best way for this is to thread them on knotted cotton so they don't clump together and hang them in a warmish place to dry. No good fresh of course but fine for cooking and if you give them a whiz in the blender they make great powder.

How do I say thanks?
