can you identify the bush in the attached picture? it grows small, non-edible, individual, red berries in the spring which have a sticky sap inside

the jelly bit of the fruit is edible but the stones/pips are posionous. Glad I could help. I have a medium sized shrub of this in the garden. its a nice plant.
