I think it is highly unlikely but, like himself, suggest you talk to a medic.

Though there are plenty of reports about yew poisoning they are almost exclusively about ingestion.
The only reference to skin problems I've seen was a case in 1976, so it's far from common. That case arose from handling the wood not burning it.
In any event, if you're burning the wood in a fire any toxins in the smoke, if they exist, are going up the chimney.
(As an aside, serious harm from yew poisoning is very rare and almost always the result of deliberate ingestion for supposed medical benefits.)
I'll be the third to say, seek medical advice

If you look up Wiki (taxus) it says the leaves/berries remain toxic even when dry. Bark not mentioned, but as this carries supplies around the tree that could be toxic too. If you have an open fire,as we used to burn our own wood, it will make the room need to be decorated more frequently. The invisible and odourless fumes might affect you from the bark/foliage/berries. Wiki states the poison is insidious (nice word). The wood is stated not to be poisonous. See your Doc and get it sorted, if not already done by now. A swab needs to be done to check you do not have nasty visitors on your skin from some other source, that could affect others badly.

Previous question
Javid, I think that this question should be refered to a medical professional. Parts of the yew are toxic but then are parts of most of our garden plants. If your logs are stored benmeath the yews then sap could drip onto them and you could be sensative to the sap. This is only supposition, as I said in the first sentence - take professional advice.
