I bought some snowdrop bulbs a few weeks ago but due to building work being carried out at the back of our house, followed by the bad weather, I didn't manage to plant them. Is it too late now? We have had some snow here but it has now thawed.

Plant them in pots for now, they will be wanting to flower in a couple of months time. After flowering wait until the leaves start to die back then plant where you want them to grow. Unfortunately dry snowdrop bulbs don't do very well in general.

Thanks for that. Presumably I can put the pots outdoors?

Yes but not somewhere that the whole thing will freeze. A cold greenhouse would be a good spot for now.

How do I say thanks?
