My ex next door neighbour has a magnificent fig tree,and I have enjoyed many lovely fruits from it.They do not ripen all at once,and it is about this time of year that we had the lucious fruits,all through the autumn.The remainder,of which there were many did not ripen as well,and were left on the tree for the birds throughout the winter.I will see my old neighbour over this weekend and will get any advice,and then forward it to you
