Have you thought of taking some cuttings?
I'm not sure of the variety but I have a beautiful evergreen cotoneaster in my garden and it is probably the easiest thing to grow from cuttings that I know( I'm a nurseryman)
Here's a link to photo I have on my Flickr site .There's some information about propagation under the photo

Hi Yaheaps. I usually do a search on eBay for this sort of thing. I'm sure the bigger retailers like Suttons and T & M will do them (or similar) but I find that it is usually more economical to buy from small, privately run nurseries who don't have the overheads of the big boys.
