want to plant a cotoneaster franchetti or similar hedge, where can i get some plants to grow on ans cant afford larger plants

Hi Yaheaps. I usually do a search on eBay for this sort of thing. I'm sure the bigger retailers like Suttons and T & M will do them (or similar) but I find that it is usually more economical to buy from small, privately run nurseries who don't have the overheads of the big boys.

Have you thought of taking some cuttings?

I'm not sure of the variety but I have a beautiful evergreen cotoneaster in my garden and it is probably the easiest thing to grow from cuttings that I know( I'm a nurseryman)
